Kamran

Primary

A graduate of Queen Mary, University of London I am an accredited Lead Practitioner and experienced High School teacher trained at the UCL Institute of Education. I work at an inner-city school in London within the Humanities department where I oversee students’ progress and help them achieve results that have been recognised nationally.

I am at the forefront of learning within the school and have helped design and create schemes of work that are accessible to all learners. I place a great deal of emphasis on individual students and through consistent feedback – set them measurable targets that help them learn progress and become successful. My pedagogical approach ensures that every student in my classroom is challenged to realise their full potential, this is achieved through outstanding differentiation and setting them tasks that are innovative and meaningful.

I am currently working on a number of projects that focus on feedback and marking within the school, as well as looking at integrating new technologies into teaching practise. For consecutive years I have worked with A Level students that have gone on to study at prestigious universities like Cambridge and Oxford.
